Lactose-Free Sardinian dinner near Olbia & Costa Smeralda

🍽️ We offer a lactose-free tasting menu, featuring some of the most iconic dishes of Gallura cuisine: traditional cured meats, freshly made Sardinian pasta, roast suckling pig (“porceddu”) and other specialties, all strictly lactose-free.

This menu is designed for guests with lactose intolerance, while keeping intact the authentic flavours of Sardinian and Gallurese tradition.
Each dish is prepared using lactose-free ingredients, carefully chosen for quality and safety.

⚠️ Important note: since our kitchen is a single working environment and cross-contamination cannot be completely excluded, this menu is not suitable for guests allergic to milk proteins or those with severe allergies.
