Agriturismo Agrisole is a family-run farm stay near Olbia, located in the peaceful Sardinian countryside, just a few minutes from the city and the sea.
On this page you will find information about our rooms, rates and booking conditions, ideal for guests looking for an authentic and quiet stay in northern Sardinia.

The property features 7 double rooms, all located on the ground floor and with their own independent entrance.
Within the estate, you’ll also find our restaurant, highly appreciated by travellers who wish to experience authentic Sardinian cuisine.

We are located on a hillside in the countryside of Olbia, just a few minutes from the sea and the city — an ideal setting for those seeking a peaceful, authentic holiday immersed in the harmony of Sardinian nature.
→The farm is dedicated to crop cultivation and the processing of agricultural products. There are no livestock or farm animals on the property.

Bed & Breakfast Stay

When it comes to dinner, you are free to choose. The agriturismo does not offer a half-board service.
However, as a staying guest, you may book up to four different menus during your holiday.
Each dinner includes one first course, one second course with side dish, the dessert of the day, pane carasau, water and house wine.
This formula allows you to taste, during your stay, all the dishes from the Sardinian menu offered in our restaurant.
Dinner must be reserved in the morning for the same evening, no later than 10:00 AM.
The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.

The treatment we offer includes overnight stay with Italian breakfast, with the possibility to book three or four different dinners during your holiday.

Start your day with an Italian-style breakfast served in our restaurant, surrounded by the peaceful countryside and in the company of discreet, friendly guests just like you.
🏖️ Then, whenever you're ready, you can head to the beach and enjoy your day at the sea.

Room 1 is slightly smaller than the others. Its position near the parking area makes it very convenient for loading and unloading luggage.

Board Basis

Overnight stay with breakfast included in the rate
(breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival).

You may book up to 4 different dinners during your stay.
Dinner must be booked by 10:00 AM, by sending a WhatsApp message to Monica.
The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.

Cleaning

Rooms are cleaned every four days, with towel change included.
Bed linen is changed once a week.

City Tax

Municipality of Olbia: €3.50 per person per day
(for a maximum of 7 nights).

Length of Stay

Minimum stay: 7 nights
(Contact us to check availability for shorter stays.)

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in

From 10:30 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 22:30.
Rooms will be available from 12:00 PM.

Document requirements:
Current regulations require in-person identification at check-in
(also possible via video call).

Luggage drop-off:
Rooms are ready from 12:00 PM onwards (time needed for cleaning after previous guests).
If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage at the agriturismo.
Luggage can be collected after 5:00 PM.
(From 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, staff are on break and luggage cannot be retrieved.)

Check-out

By 10:00 AM.
Please vacate the room punctually to allow preparation for new guests.

Children Policy

Please note that the rooms are authorised to accommodate 2 guests only.
